Pearl of Wisdom: You don’t always have to be the loudest voice in the room to be heard.

The greatest business challenge I overcame: Covid. As restaurant and hospitality general contractors, we had to tackle projects being put on hold, shipment delays, hospitality industry uncertainty and remote work while also running active job sites.

My TED Talk topic would be: How to work in a healthy family business environment by maintaining boundaries, earning respect and honoring the founders of your company.

The destination that best matches my personality: Islamorada. It’s laid back, but fun.

I would enjoy having lunch with: My dad and RCC’s founder, Richard Raphael, who passed away at 53 years old.

Favorite show right now: “Yellowstone” and all its spin-offs

My guilty pleasure: Bravo – “Real Housewives” of anywhere and everywhere
