RCC Associates, headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida, is a general contracting firm specializing in the construction of retail stores, restaurants, spas, banks, offices, medical facilities and hotels. RCC was originally known as Raphael Construction Corporation, which was founded in Chicago by Richard Raphael in 1971, and was relocated to South Florida in 1981.

Richard’s goal was to establish the best interior specialist in the South Florida market. Richard understood that it was only the master that could consistently carry projects to successful conclusions, in spite of the inherent challenges that construction is plagued with.

To that conclusion, Richard developed relationships with the very best subcontractors and craftsman in South Florida, and developed systems to deliver projects consistently and of the highest quality.

Richard lost his battle with cancer in 1998, and was succeeded by his wife, Beverly Raphael. Beverly, in her role as President & CEO, has taken RCC to new heights in niche build-out construction, while maintaining and developing RCC's client base and friendly corporate culture.
