Greg brings over 20 years of aggressive field management to RCC Associates. Utilizing his past experiences constructing such projects as the NBC Broadcast Facility, Sears Technology Services, and the Swiss Grand Hotel in Chicago, Greg is reputed as an innovative, intuitive and highly organized manager. Greg is acknowledged to be a proactive manager, not a reactive. This unique ability allows him to identify problems and develop creative solutions in order to maintain budget considerations and schedule deadlines. His attention to detail, and understanding of finish requirements allow RCC Associates to consistently deliver a quality product. Through Greg's formal education, he has developed the analytical skills required in making him invaluable to the pre-construction process. Greg's ability to interface with a multitude of team players, streamlining communication and information, is credited with reduction in potential change orders. Greg credits his tight control over each of his projects as the ultimate ingredient to his success.
