Bev joined her husband, the late Richard Raphael, Owner and Founder of RCC Associates, at RCC in 1998 at the onset of his (terminal) illness, bringing her well-developed sales and marketing skills to his burgeoning business. Bev honed her great people skills and astute business eye with the development of her own clothing industry company which promoted and sold better women's clothing lines from across the world to high-end markets along the East Coast. Bev's talents in sales and marketing allowed her to successfully open up large territories for several women's ware companies throughout the Southeast, as she managed offices in Miami and Atlanta. Bev's strength as a women business owner has been her diplomatic approach and careful handling of clients and new business potential. Bev's keen instincts and natural eye for detail has translated well to the Construction Industry, where fine finishes, the complicated detail and tight schedules of their projects are our customer's calling card. Bev understands the customer's need of finishing their jobs on time and within budget, and has fostered the team working relationship that our clients value. Bev is credited with smoothly transitioning a multimillion dollar business, not only maintaining the special relationships with our long-standing clients, but with growing and strengthening our client base.
