RCC Sets Company Record 25 Assignments at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL—AUGUST 31, 2007—RCC Associates, which has built more than 1,000 projects coast-to-coast over the past quarter of a century—has added a company record 25 retail and restaurant assignments at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, an upscale Lifestyle Center now nearing completion in Broward County, Florida.

Located directly off Interstate 75 and Pines Boulevard, the 400,000 square foot center is being developed by Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc. and Duke Realty. RCC’s record assignments will cover in excess of 60,000 square feet of new retail and restaurant space as well as the mall office to the Lifestyle Center. The Shops at Pembroke Gardens is scheduled to open in late October 2007.

Retailer buildout assignments include Soma, Chico’s, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Sunglass Hut, Brio Tuscan Grill, Brimstone Woodfire Grill, Stir Crazy, Jones NY Sport and Yankee Candle. The landlord interior assignments include Spider & The Fly, Zuaree, Cigar Bar, Hair Frenzy, Norwalk Furniture, Crabtree & Evelyn, Francesca’s Collection and the Mall Office. RCC will also be involved in exterior modifications for Tossed Salads, Sal’s Italian Ristorante, Love Culture, Starbucks, Bebe, Swarovski and Jason’s Deli.
