Project Superintendent
This position requires on-site supervision, coordination of all field
operations to successfully complete a project. As Project Superintendent
you will be the on-site representative for the company, maintaining
the project schedule, quality control and subcontractor performance
in conjunction with the Project Manager. Superior organizational,
people, and communication skills and an eye for detail are required.

Liaison
between the landlord and/or mall management, subcontractors, suppliers,
architect, client vendors and Project Manager.

Verify critical dimensions, problem areas, sequencing issues, manpower
and scheduling.

Update schedule, and on-site cost and labor coordination with Project
Manager.

Maintain jobsite safety requirements and conduct weekly safety
meetings.

Maintain clean and organized jobsite.
-
Maintain
required paperwork including daily field reports, weekly safety
reports, change log, and RFI’s.

Maintain positive relationships on the jobsite at all times.

Coordinate all inspections.

Maintain quality to company specifications.
