This position requires hard bid and conceptual capabilities for pre-construction
services and estimating for our fast-paced high-end retail, restaurant
and commercial build-out projects. Superior organizational, communication,
sales, and people skills are required.
Review and scope plans,
and prepare scope and tracking sheets for new projects.
Communicate and negotiate with subcontractors throughout the process.
Communicate with owner, architect and construction managers.
Maintain estimate binder with all sub bids and correspondence.
Value engineering as needed.
Qualify all bids, and perform take-offs as needed.
